Many online gaming platforms offer VIP programs, but lv9's is built a little differently. Moving up the tiers isn't just about how much you deposit — regular play, staying active, and responsible gaming all factor into your progression.
Lv9 VIP members don't just get bonuses — they get a whole different experience. Gold tier and above comes with a dedicated account manager. Any issue, any question — you go straight to your manager. No waiting in the general customer service queue.
The cashback system has been designed with Bangladeshi players in mind. Whatever you lose, at least some of it comes back to you. Cashback ranges from 5% to 30% depending on your tier — from Bronze all the way up to Diamond. It's calculated weekly and credited to your account every Monday morning.
Diamond VIP at lv9 is on a completely different level. At this tier, there are no withdrawal limits. You receive custom bonus offers tailored to your play style, plus direct access to a 24-hour hotline.
One thing worth knowing — your lv9 VIP tier is permanent once earned. Even in a quieter month, your tier won't drop. That's lv9's way of rewarding players who have been with us for the long haul.
"Ever since becoming a Gold VIP, I've had a personal manager. Whenever I run into an issue, I just message him and it's sorted within 15 minutes. I've never had service this good anywhere else."
"At the Platinum level, there are VIP-only tournaments. The competition is much smaller, but the prizes are huge. Last month I did really well in one of them."
"The weekly cashback genuinely makes a difference. Even when I lose, I get something back — so it never feels like a total wipe. lv9's system feels a lot fairer than most."
